Our Rendezvous 2025 was held at Port Browning Marina, North Pender Is. on August 22nd and 23rd weekend. We only had approximately 12 boats. Although the turn out was disappointing those that attended enjoyed another successful rendezvous. On Friday night everyone gathered and enjoyed happy hour and friendships. On Saturday as usual members got to visit each others boats during vessel viewing. During viewing members got to see vessel interiors, discussed like issues and possible new ideas for their boats. After a pleasurable day looking at and sharing Canoe Cove stories we all enjoyed a catered prime rib dinner with all the trimmings and dessert. Our CCA regalia was available on both days and most members took the opportunity to get something for their boat or themselves in the way of hats and clothing. Our usual gift exchange took place on Saturday before dinner and everyone got a gift chosen by a draw. Our association was even able to sign up a new member that was mooring his vessel at Port Browning. As luck would have it our new member won our 50/50 draw!
